Confidentiality. You acknowledge that the Platform, its features, functionality, knowledge base, and underlying technology are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, screenshot, record, or distribute any aspect of the Platform to any third party without prior written consent.
Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used to improve the Platform without obligation or compensation.
No Reliance. The Platform provides reference information for Tennessee real estate professionals. It does not constitute legal advice. You agree not to rely solely on Platform responses for legal, tax, or compliance decisions. Always verify with your Principal Broker and appropriate licensed professionals.
Beta Status. You understand this is a beta product under active development. Features may change, responses may contain errors, and availability is not guaranteed.
Permitted Use. Access is granted solely for your individual evaluation and testing. You may not sublicense, share credentials, or allow others to access the Platform using your identity.
Duration. These obligations survive termination of your beta access and remain in effect for two (2) years following your last access date.
